“Zusammen Laut” – An Initiative for Inclusion

When solidarity, trust, and the courage to see differences as strengths form the foundation of our actions, projects like this emerge: “Together Loud” is more than just a song—it is a shared symbol of inclusive coexistence.
Based on an initiative by 1. FC Köln and Aktion Mensch, and inspired by Henning Krautmacher, a project has emerged that harnesses the unifying power of music to bring people together. As part of the “FC-Doppelpass” season partnership, the partners are committed to making diversity visible and sending a strong signal for social cohesion during the 2025/2026 season under the motto “Together Loud for Inclusion.”

At the center of it all is the song “Zusammen laut”—carried by many voices, by people with and without disabilities, by artists, and by committed individuals. During joint gatherings, an atmosphere of exchange, listening, and mutual understanding emerged. This fostered not only trust but also the idea of spreading this message through music.

The song captures what unites us:
That every person is unique.
That differences enrich us.
And that together we are stronger.

At the initiative of Henning Krautmacher, numerous well-known figures have come together to give voice to this message: Anna Doepke, Annette Frier, Birgit Heldt, Charlotte Broicher, Daniel Hoß, Fabrice Aldenhoff, Guildo Horn, Henning Krautmacher, Joana Zimmer, Jonas Hector, Kristina Vogel, Mark Uth, Martin Doepke, Pia Dieckmann, Shary Reeves, and Stephan Engels.
With Jonas Hector, Mark Uth, and Stephan Engels, key figures from 1. FC Köln also stand as representatives of what defines the club: At FC, inclusion is not just demanded but lived by everyone—on and off the field.
The premiere took place on a grand stage: During 1. FC Köln’s home game on Matchday 29 against Werder Bremen, “Zusammen laut” was presented for the first time—as a powerful signal for inclusion, community, and lived diversity.

Perhaps this song is more than just music.
Perhaps it is a call to action.

A call to see one another, to listen, and to be loud together.
